Abstract
A method based on release of an intracellular, lysozyme-like enzyme from lysed leukocytes was an acceptable substitute for microscopic cell counts in measuring tuberculin cytolysis of leukocytes from guinea pigs injected with heat-killed, human type. M. tuberculosis.
