Abstract

Constructing airport at sea is the development trend of coastal countries. Although this type of airport has advantages such as saving land resources, reducing urban pollution, improving takeoff and landing safety, the formation of land by reclamation will inevitably make some negative impact on local marine environment and coastal ecosystem, and the noise in the airport operation will cause pollution to the city. Research shows that two arrangement modes of sea airports gradually form: Offshore airport and semi-offshore airport, which have obviously different impact on the environment. In this paper, the environmental pollution of the two arrangement modes are compared and analyzed from three aspects: Marine environment, coastal ecology and noise pollution to city, which can provide a analysis basis and design reference to determine the arrangement mode when planning and constructing sea airports.
