Abstract
Noise is the main source of environmental pollution that affects people’s normal work and life. With the Rapid Urbanization Development in Western China, Municipal engineering has not only become the main source of increasing regional GDP, but also an important area to enhance the capacity of urban basic public services. Based on the analysis of service attribute characteristics of municipal engineering products, aiming at the phenomenon of repeated construction of municipal engineering in Western China, this paper puts forward two kinds of environmental noise caused by repeated construction. One is the impact of environmental noise on residents’ daily work and life; the other is the impact of environmental noise on government reputation. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new analytical perspective for optimizing municipal engineering planning and construction scheme.
