Abstract

This document aims to use the concept of Internet of things to derive results in a real time environment. Here objects can both sense the environment and communicate, thus becoming tools for understanding complexity and responding to it making the world intelligent. This project connects a hardware to a workstation or PC. The hardware will have sensor nodes connected to it which may denote environmental parameters such as temperature, pressure, humidity, gas. The sensor will be in analog form. At the user end, that is the PC, the monitoring of environmental parameters is done. The display at the user end is a digital format. Thus the user end and the hardware communicates with each other which implies machine to machine interaction indicating IOT. Further real time response is generated using Fuzzy Logic. Thus this project further aims to incorporate real time decision making in Environmental monitoring using Fuzzy Logic.
