Abstract

Whether out of the need of theoretical exploration or practical application, carrying out urban environmental assessment research can attract the attention of the public and managers, and it is conducive to improving the existing environmental impact assessment system. With the continuous breakthrough of artificial intelligence technology and its application in various fields, it is possible to carry out urban environmental assessment research based on street view images on a large spatial scale. Based on the analysis of the theories and methods of urban environmental assessment, combined with the landscape vision application in the planning of small coastal cities (littoral), this paper constructs an overall understanding of urban environment, specifically the assessment of environmental quality.
