Abstract
The present communication aims to rescue and know better the regional flora (Cruz Alta City/Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil)through the main native species. More specifically, it intends to use an available area for the plantation of native trees of the region; tosensitize the school community and its surroundings on the importance of environmental questions, carrying through pro-active actionsfavorable to the environment and promoting socio-environmental actions important to the community formation and involvement.
