Abstract
Destabilization of the environmental condition in agriculture is linked with intensive use of ecologically unsafe technologies, forest destruction and water contamination. Contamination by toxic pollutants from industrial wastes, pesticides, radioactive substances and heavy metals currently has a global scale. These substances enter the environment in the form of industrial wastes and emission from the gas processing industry. The operation of the Orenburg Gas Processing Complex (OGPC) results in the emission of highly hazardous gases that are products of unrefined gas incineration. Some examples include nitric oxides (NO2, NO), sulphareous anhybride (SO2), hydrocarbons, mixtures of natural mercapants and heavy metals. Moreover the gas-processing enterprises produce annually about 4 millions m3 of waste water. The main purpose of our research is to identify the impact of air pollutants emission and sewage from the gas-processing enterprises en the environmental condition.
