There is a statistically significant relationship between the age variable and the distance. - There is a very strong positive correlation between the mean dimensions of the scale of the environmental assessment. - There are statistically significant differences between the sex variable (males and females) of the environmental assessment scale in its dimensions (the institute from abroad, inside the institute, the institute's residence room, and the total degrees of the scale). - There are statistically significant differences between (doctors, members of the nursing staff) of the environmental assessment scale in its dimensions (the institute from abroad, inside the institute, the institute's living room, and the total degrees of the scale). - There are statistically significant differences between (doctors and patients) of the environmental assessment scale in its dimensions (Institute from abroad, Institute residence room, total degrees of the scale), and there are no differences in the distance (inside the institute). - There are statistically significant differences between (patients, members of the nursing staff) for the scale of the environmental assessment in its dimensions (institute from abroad, inside the institute, the institute's residence room, and the total degrees of the scale). - There are statistically significant differences between the measurements of the tribal and the remote measure of the environmental assessment in its dimensions (the institute from abroad, inside the institute, the institute's residence room, and the total degrees of the scale). The study recommends: 1- Patients' rights shall be announced in the hospital in different places to inform the patient of their rights and duties. 2 - Giving training courses for doctors and nursing who are more than dealing with the patient, on the rights of social and health patients. 3 - The need to care hospital management rights of patients in terms of (social, environmental). 4.
