Abstract

In part 1 and 2 [1, 2] we reported about the studies of distribution of technetium and palladium during the extraction with tri-n-octylaminc (TOA) in CCl4 Results about the selectivity were given, a flow scheme was proposed and the whole, process was tested in a laboratory plant. In this part the chemical stability and the radiation resistance of the extraction agent and the direct influence of the radiation on the extraction of technetium and palladium with TOA in CCl4, is invest igated.
