Abstract

We reject the extremum condition with respect to one of the order parameters in spin glass models. Given the partition function, we derive the effective Hamiltonian and the corresponding energy for this order parameter. System relaxation occurs because of energy exchange between degrees of freedom related to a slow order parameter and the rest of the system. Already at this level without specifying the time dynamics and using only static solutions, we can find the points of glass confinement in the phase space. We propose a simplified phenomenological dynamics, which admits the standard (static) solution at the equilibrium state.
