The paper "International Entrepreneurship: Motives for Internationalization and the Effect of Firm Age," identifies motives for internationalization, compares these motives by age of internationalization, and tests the applicability of international business theories in the context of 134 small U.S. manufacturers. The paper "Strategic Faux Pas in the Management of Product Innovation," analyzes 52 cases of product innovation to understand why innovators cannot easily link their product to their firm's strategy and structure.
