Abstract

The entrepreneurship nature of Georgia is conditioned with Georgian economy`s transitional condition, also by its originalities. In particular, from one side: during of recent period the number, qualification of individual entrepreneurs was significantly increased, their activity covers more and more new fields, the market (entrepreneurial) infrastructure becomes wide, entrepreneurial mindset is being formed in the society; from another side: significant part of entrepreneurs didn`t possess proper special knowledge and experience and rational conducts under the market terms; besides, market infrastructure is still undeveloped and ineffective; state share is remained in national wealth and in the properties of joint-stock companies as well; because of lack of proper mechanism, efficiently reproduction of state share is impossible. Entrepreneurial ethics and culture is very low. Moreover, big amount of people dubiously stare at entrepreneurs and the results of their activity. Shortly, the origins of Georgian entrepreneurs` formation are unfavorable. Keywords: entrepreneurship, business, market, sale, management, competitiveness, customer.
