Summary

Introduction

The study on entrepreneurship has been intensified since the 1970s, there is still no single concept defined in relation to the subject. The literature has presented us with several ways of interpreting the theme, such as: intrapreneurship in the organizational sphere, generally related to leadership and the vision of quality improvement in work environments; social entrepreneurship, in which changes are promoted in a group of people in society; and business entrepreneurship, with the opening and management of enterprises, the latter being the focus of this study(2). Young people can increase their capacity to integrate into the labor market, accumulate skills and improve their own well-being and that of society. Investing in skills and entrepreneurship means tapping current and future trends in these areas and providing opportunities for social, political and economic transformation. Investing in skills can improve the transition of young people from school to work(3)
