Abstract

An enthalpy-concentration diagram of the binary system hydrogen peroxide-water was constructed at 50 mm Hg total pressure. Lack of information on heat capacities of the solutions at different temperatures necessitated the author assuming that the excess heat capacity of mixing remains constant in the temperature range required in this diagram. Isobaric liquid—vapour equilibrium data were also calculated at 50 mm Hg from the isothermal data of Scatchard, Kavanagh and Ticknor [1]. The results of these calculations are presented in a Figure.
