Abstract
Appendiceal fecal stula is a well-known rare serious but very rare complication of appendectomy, which is one of the most common surgical procedures performed in general surgical practice. Fecal stula is distressing for both the surgeon as well as the patient. We are reporting here a case of a 50 years old man with a post-appendectomy fecal stula which was successfully treated conservatively
