Abstract
In this paper, the entanglement capability of non-local Hamiltonian of 2-qutrit system is studied. The expression of the entanglement rate of non-local Hamiltonian of 2-qutrit system is derived, and the condition for maximal entanglement rate is determined. Analytic results show that, considering the entanglement rate, increasing the dimension of the system may not help to enhance the entanglement capability. The effect of auxiliary systems on the entanglement capability of 2-qutrit Hamiltonian is also discussed.
