Abstract

A protocol for entanglement formation between electronic spins in the system of interacting quantum dots and circular polarized cavity photons was suggested. The entangled states are formed due to the spin–orbit interaction in the system consisting of two different types of quantum dots spatially arranged in a diamond like configuration resonantly interacting with left and right circular polarized cavity field. Time evolution of the degree of entanglement (concurrence) in the presence of interaction of electrons localized in the quantum dots with fermionic reservoir and cavity leakage was obtained.
