Abstract

We demonstrated the coincidence measurement of quantum light by superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors with a single-flux-quantum (SFQ) circuit as a signal processing circuit. By the quantum state tomography of a polarization-entangled photon pair, we evaluated the detection system based on the SFQ coincidence circuit. The estimated fidelity was almost the same value as that measured by using a detection system based on a conventional time-to-digital converter.
