Abstract
This report examines the processes occurring during grain storage, depending on the storage temperature. The characteristic states of grain during heating and moistening are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to measures to prevent damage to grain during firefanging. The necessity of using advanced methods of grain temperature control has been substantiated.
