Abstract

The scientific article highlights the problematic issues of ensuring the confidentiality of personal data in labor relations, especially in the context of the spread of artificial intelligence technologies.The importance of taking into account ethical aspects and establishing clear rules for the use of employees' personal information was emphasized. The authors conducted a thorough study of the regulatory and legal framework that regulates the introduction of artificial intelligence in various spheres of society’s life, in particular, in labor relations. On the basis of the above analysis, specific proposals regarding the improvement of national legislation through the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Artificial Intelligence” are also given. In addition, the authors paid special attention to the development of practical recommendations for the implementation of effective strategies and measures that can ensure a high level of security of personal data of employees.
