Abstract
The article represents research on the peculiarity of some novelties of the family legislation of Ukraine in the part of protection strengthening of right of the child on proper custody. In particular, there is the question of more severe rules of observance the obligations by parents to maintain the child by the way of prescriptions establishment, which abridge rights of parents on resolving the issue about departure of the child abroad. On the author’s mind, indicated changes will promote more optimal discharge by parents of their duty on child support maintenance. The court practice concerning circumstances estimation which are taking into consideration by the court in alimony amount establishment, in the determination the issue of its change in case of necessity of parents participation in additional expenses for the child, are analysed.
