Abstract
In this article, we present an academic-scientific production survey in the research field of high school and its repercussions on teaching work. As methodological procedures, this work can be defined as a qualitative and bibliographical research. The results indicate that there is a process of precariousness of teaching work in Brazil, characterized by disqualification and devaluation of teachers, degradation of working conditions, increased working hours and flexibility in the forms of hiring, this, as a result of the adoption of neoliberal policies, combined with the restructuring capital productivity.
