Abstract
Pachydermoperiostosis (PDP) is a rare hereditary syndrome manifesting clinically as pachydermia, digital clubbing, and radiologically as symmetrical periostitis of long bones. It is primary idiopathic form of hypertrophic osteoarthropathy. Enlargement of the paranasal sinuses is uncommonly seen in PDP. We report here our experience in a 20-year-old Indian male patient of a PDP with enlarged paranasal sinuses.
