Abstract

We report a case of benign Brenner tumor of the left ovary that occurred in a 59-year-old woman. The patient presented with uterine bleeding. Clinically an abdominal mass was palpable. A computed tomographic (CT) scan displayed a left solid adnexal mass. Surgical excision of the mass and total hysterectomy was performed.
