Abstract

In this work nanocrystalline porous silicon (PSi) prepared by electrochemical etching of p type silicon wafers. PSi is characterised by means of XRD, FTIR and AFM. Crystallites length become expected with the aid of X-Ray diffraction. Atomic Force microscopy confirmed the nanometric size. Colloidal Al2O3 nanoparticles prepared via electrolysis method and deposited using drop-casting method as a thin film. The structural, morphological, optical homes of Al2O3 NPs were investigated. The effect of Al2O3 NPs diffusion at the holes of PSi sun mobile have stated which exhibits an improvement in (Ag/Al2O3/PSi/Si/Al) solar cell performance.
