Abstract

Li-Ion Batteries Developing new oxide solid electrolytes with fast Li-ion transport and high stability is an important step to realize high-performance solid-state Li-ion batteries. In article number 2201094, Tao Gao, Zilong Tang, and co-workers discover that confined water in quaternary Li–H–Ti–O solid electrolytes can enhance ionic conductivity. Meanwhile, strong covalent bonds between confined water and lattice skeleton can promise high electrochemical stability.
