Abstract
This article examines human-centered practices to improve the usability of institutional evaluation results in higher education. Conducted between February and April 2024 and justified by the growing demand for approaches that integrate strategic service design and standards, such as ISO 9241-11, to enhance user interaction with evaluation outcomes. Using a mixed-methods approach, the perceptions of sixty professionals from the Comissão Própria de Avaliação (CPA, Institutional Evaluation Committee) from various Brazilian institutions were analyzed. The results indicate that a human-centered approach increases effectiveness and user satisfaction, fostering a more inclusive and collaborative academic environment. The integration of these practices significantly contributes to university management, aligning evaluative processes with institutional and social expectations.
