Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the influence of transformational leadership styles and employees’ participation in decision-making on the employees’ grit. To deepen the concepts, literatures were reviewed. The study used descriptive assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study was the employees of the institution and questionnaires were used to gather the data. Inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership styles of administrators, employees’ participation in decision-making and employees’ grit were high. The Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) showed that there is a significant correlation between transformational leadership style and employees’ grit and employees’ participation in decision-making and employees’ grit. Thus, the results suggest that sustaining or improving employees’ grit is to improve transformational leadership style and employees’ participation in decision-making.
