Abstract

This paper explores the development and implementation of a personalization strategy designed to enhance user experiences on digital platforms. By leveraging user behaviour data and machine learning algorithms, we propose a methodology for creating adaptive user interfaces, predictive actions, and personalized user journeys. The paper presents a real-time example application, complete with data analysis, user segmentation, feature engineering, predictive modelling, and a comprehensive A/B testing framework.
