Abstract

The digital transformation of industries, including the food delivery sector, has led to new challenges and opportunities. This comprehensive study explores into the complexities faced by Pakistan's food delivery industry, highlighting trust issues and customer loyalty. By integrating AI-driven blockchain technology, the purpose is to enhance credibility, transparency, and customer satisfaction within the sector. The research discloses a spectrum of challenges, ranging from food safety concerns to preservation of halal integrity. The amalgamation of AI-driven blockchain technology arises as a potential solution to such challenges, presenting real-time insights, boosted traceability, and enhanced accountability. However, ethical considerations associated with user consent, data privacy and fairness of algorithm must be addressed. The comprehensive analysis of the study led to conclusion that a balanced approach is crucial for unleashing the potential of it in revolutionizing Pakistan's food delivery sector, takes into account both technological benefits and ethical implications.
