Abstract

As vehicle technology advances, the need for robust security measures to protect vehicles from unauthorized access and theft becomes increasingly vital. Traditional key-based and remote keyless entry systems have limitations in terms of security and convenience. In this paper, we explore the integration of biometric authentication systems, specifically face recognition and vein pattern recognition, as a cutting-edge solution for enhancing vehicle security. We discuss the potential benefits, challenges, and implementation strategies for biometric-based vehicle access control, with a focus on the accuracy, usability, and potential privacy concerns associated with this technology. This paper aims to contribute to the ongoing conversation about innovative approaches to vehicle security in the modern era.
