Abstract
Organic Light-Emitting Diodes By configuring nanoarray in a mixed-host system third-generation OLED device, the excitons are generated in the confined nanopixels, leading to the diffusion of the exciton and suppression of efficiency roll-off. In addition, by forming the cathode surface to a corrugated profile, the trapped light is extracted.
