Abstract

The NaNbO3–SrSnO3–Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 (NN–SS–BNT) ferroelectrics were synthesized by a solid-state reaction process, and the effect of NN–SS–BNT and/or NiFe2O4 (NF) particles as fillers on the output property of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) films was investigated. It was found that the 0.8(NN–SS)–0.2BNT ceramic possessed a highest dielectric constant value of 654 at 10 kHz in this research. The above inorganic particles could effectively enhance the electrical output values of PDMS, and especially the output voltage of NN–SS–BNT/NF/PDMS film was significantly higher than that of the PDMS film. The voltage value of NN–SS–BNT/NF/PDMS film with weight ratio of 10/5/85 was measured approximately 335 V.
