Abstract

In this report, we provided a method to fabricate perfluorooctanoic acid doped reduced polyaniline/reduced graphene oxide/poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PFOA-rPANI/rGO/PVDF) nanocomposite with enhanced dielectric properties. The PFOA-rPANI modification not only prevented the agglomeration of rGO nanosheets, but also improved the affinity of rGO nanosheets to PVDF matrix. The as-fabricated PFOA-rPANI/rGO/PVDF nanocomposites exhibited high dielectric constant while they maintained low dielectric loss. The highest dielectric constant of nanocomposites could reach 1754 at a low filler volume fraction of 0.5%.
