Abstract

Financial Capability Conference was hosted for engineering students from various backgrounds and universities. The results show that while not all analyses were significant, patterns were observed and differences among participants on financial capability were noted. The results support previous research on the impact of socialization on financial knowledge, behaviors, and attitudes, particularly for underrepresented engineering students.
