Abstract
With the implement of policies which are to accelerate the transformation of economic development mode and go to a new road of industrialization, the industrialization of residential construction has entered a new stage of development. This paper lists the structure engineering example which is Beijing holidays landscape D1、D8#floor and discusses the key technologies of engineering examples and application status of precast assembly integral shear wall structure in the residential industrial engineerings, then propose some difficulties and challenges in the process of the housing industrialization .
