Engineering, a Worthy Path for a Woman [History

Abstract

Many pages have been written on the role of women in history and the way it has been ignored by official historiography for centuries, apart from very few historical figures of queens and martyrs. Women’s contributions have been neglected and feared at the same time, to the point that only during the last century have women seen their civil rights recognized in modern democracies, starting with the right to vote.
