Abstract
Thiis studdy aims to determine the effect of land area and capital partially on the income of farmers in the Desa Kuta Ujung, Kutapanjang Sub-district, Gayo Lues Regency. Thiis studdy usess primary data obtained by diistributing questiionnaires to 110 respondentts. The datta anallysis method used is multiiple liinear regressiion methods wiith the hellp off SPSS. The results partially show that land area and capital have a positive and significant effect on the income of lemongrass oil farmers in Desa Kuta Ujung, Kuta Panjang Sub-district, Gayo Lues Regency. Simultaneously, land area and capital have a positive and significant effect on the income of lemongrass oil farmers in Desa Kuta Ujung, Kuta Panjang Sub-district, Gayo Lues Regency. The magnitude of the iinfluence of tthe lland area and capital can explain the income of 92% in lemongrass oil farmers in Desa Kuta Ujung, Kuta Panjang Sub-district, Gayo Lues Regency.

Summary
Pendapatan dalam pengertian umum adalah hasil produksi yang diperoleh dalam bentuk materi dan dapat kembali digunakan untuk memennuhi kebuttuhan akkan sarrana dan juga prasarrana produksi. Menurut (Mankiw N, 2006) suatu pendapattan peroorangan (perssonal Incoome) merupakan suatu pendapattan yng akan diteriima oleh suatu rumaah ttangga dan juga usaha yng bukkan perrusahaan. Adapun yang diimaksud dengan suatu barang- barang modal adalah barang- barang yng ada dallam suatu perrusahaan yng bellum diigunakan. Berdasarkan Gambar di attas dapaat di jelaskan bahwa kerangka konseptual menggambarkan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, yaitu pengaruh Luas lahan (X1), dan Modal usaha (X2) terhaddap Pendapattan seorang Petanii (Y) yang akan di uji secara Parsial denggan ujji t dan secara simultan akan diuji dengan menggunakan uji F. Hipotesis Bedasarkan teori, penelitian, dan kerangka berpikir yang telah dipaparkan diatas maka hipotesis dallam penellitian ini adallah : H1 : Diduga modal usaha berpengarruh terhaddap pendapattan serai di Desa Kuta Ujung Kecamatan Kuta Panjang Kabupaten Gayo Lues.
