Abstract

Abstract—We describe the case of a 60-year-old woman, who for a number of years had presented with reticulate hyperpigmented lesions involving the inframammary creases, axillae and groins. The lesions consisted of dark brown maculae. She also presented with hidradenitis suppurativa in the axillae and groins. One of the patient's daughters had similar reticulate pigmentation involving the axillae.
