Abstract
La enfermedad de Caroli es una rara patología caracterizada por la existencia de dilataciones saculares segmentarias del árbol biliar intrahepático, que, por lo general, afectan a todo el parénquima hepático, aunque es poco frecuente el compromiso biliar extrahepático. Presentamos el caso de un varón que ingresó con un cuadro clínico de 45 días de evolución, consistente en ictericia colestásica, baja ponderal y prurito. La colangiorresonancia informó múltiples dilataciones saculares en las vías biliares intrahepáticas.
