Abstract

This paper introduces three methods of energy saving in the application of the full fresh air dehumidifier. Condensing heat recovery, cold recovery of condensed water, fresh air heat and cold recovery. Condensation heat recovery technology is relatively mature, and its development trend is combined with other energy-saving methods. It is feasible to use condensation water recycling to save energy, and in the eastern and southern parts of the energy saving effect is better. Adopting the plate heat exchanger or heat pipe heat exchanger to carry out the fresh air hot and cold recovery can reduce the cooling load 20%~30% of the refrigeration system and improve the dehumidifying capacity unit energy consumption of the full fresh air dehumidifier 15% or more. This kind of recycling has great energy saving potential.
