Abstract

Abstract Under the carbon neutrality vision, the proportion of clean energy in urban power grids is inevitably increasing, which poses many problems for the dispatching mode of distribution grids. In this paper, based on the analysis of the coupling relationship between carbon emission intensity index and intermittent power, a new dispatching model for energy systems in a smart city environment is proposed. Firstly, a distribution grid dispatching model considering carbon emission index is put forward. Next, the distribution network optimal dispatching model is established and solved by the Mixed Integer Second-Order Cone Programming (MISOCP) algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified on a modified IEEE 33 nodes system.
