Abstract

A comprehensive analysis was made of experimental data on primary cosmic radiation. Experimental evidence indicates that the proton and alpha components of primary radiation have dffferent energy spectra. This statement applies only to the latitude sensitive, relativistic region; at higher energies the proton spectrum steepens. If such a situation exists, the premise must be accepted that cosnfic rays are accelerated in stellar envelopes, especially those of active stars and the shells of supernovae.
