Abstract
The safe and stable operation of utility boilers is the guarantee for the continuous production and operation of thermal power enterprises. For a long time, due to price, transportation channel and power generation production cycle, the actual coal quality of boiler in thermal power plant deviates greatly from the design coal quality. Boiler output decreases, efficiency decreases, coal consumption of power generation increases, ash corrosion of heating area is serious, which brings many problems to safe operation and economic operation of boiler equipment. This paper will take the power plant boiler in the changeable environment of coal quality as the research object, aiming at the safe and economic operation of the boiler, through the effective means of the mixing combustion test of the boiler, analyze the properties of raw coal and mixing coal, and solve the problems of safe operation, energy saving and consumption reduction of the power plant boiler in the changeable environment of coal quality.
