Abstract
A multi terminal transducer is a network with a set of n input terminals and a set of n output terminals. The representation of multi-terminal transducers and their properties is a generalization of four-pole theory. In this paper the energy relations in multiterminal transducers are expressed in matrix notation, and the special properties of passive transducers and lossless transducers are investigated.
