Abstract

The energy management strategy is the key to distribute the energy required by the vehicle between the engine, generator and the motor. Meanwhile, the economy and dynamic of hybrid electric vehicles are closely related to the energy management strategy. However, the uncertainty and disturbance of actual driving conditions greatly increase the difficulty of designing the energy management strategy. In addition, the popularization of intelligent transportation system and intelligent connected vehicles has brought new opportunities and challenges to the study of energy management strategies for hybrid electric vehicles. In this context, aiming to solve the E-COSM 2021 Benchmark Challenge, this paper takes single-row planetary gear hybrid electric vehicles as the research object, and aims to improve the fuel economy of PHEVs, and carries out research on the topic of energy management strategy of hybrid electric vehicles based on the equivalent consumption minimum strategy.
