Abstract

AbstractMeasurements of Shubnikov‐de Haas effect in Hg1−x, MnxTe for x = 0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.09 in magnetic fields up to 30 T are reported. The experiments are interpreted within a model which takes into account the exchange interaction of mobile electrons and 3d localized electrons of Mn. At very low temperatures the freeze‐out effect is also observed.
