Abstract
We have already reported super-resolution technologies with high readout stability using a zinc oxide (ZnO) thin film, which we have called EG-SR technologies. 3-6) In this paper, we report a super-resolution function and high readout stability of a ROM disc with a ZnO film in an optical pickup system with a 404-nm-wavelength laser and a 0.85-numerical-aperture objective lens.
