Abstract
The frequency dependence of magnetic loss in ferrites at various exciting field amplitudes is studied. A model is constructed from which losses due to microeddy currents in hysteresis cyclical magnetization are estimated. Both the level and frequency dependence of losses observed in the vicinity of 100 kHz are explained within the framework of this model.
