Abstract

Aortic dissection in patients with a Marfan’s syndrome and related diseases is a serious pathology for which thoracic endovascular treatment with stentgrafts (TEVAR) is still debated. The aim of this study was to evaluate the results of TEVAR for aortic dissection in patients with Marfan’s syndrome and related diseases by comparison with a young population without disease of the connective tissue.
